On My Way text now reflects the name of the pro who hit the button.

When a pro hits On My Way, the name of the tech shown in the text will be the name of the pro who hit the 'On My Way' button on any platform (mobile app or web portal).

Mark a recurring service plan as 'Already paid'

If payment for a recurring service plan has been collected in the past, you can now mark it as already paid for to avoid a duplicate entry in Quickbooks.

In order to mark as 'Already paid':

  • the start date must be in the past
  • select 'Accept plan for customer'
  • Check 'My customer has already paid for this plan'
